Working at the intersection of the nervous system and pelvic holding patterns
Neuro-Pelvic Release Model™
The Neuro–Pelvic Release Model™ is a structured approach that works with the connection between the nervous system and the body.
It is based on three phases:
Neuroception - how the nervous system detects safety or threat
Pelvic Protection - how the body stores protective tension
Somatic Release - how the body safely releases when regulation is restored
This model provides a clear, body-based pathway for understanding and working with stored tension and emotional holding patterns.
Some experiences are understood intellectually, yet remain held in the body. Somatic therapy works beyond conversation alone. It supports women in addressing stored emotional tension, nervous system dysregulation, and patterns of physical holding that may not shift through talk-based approaches.
Through guided awareness and gentle, regulated interventions, attention is brought to the body’s sensations, responses, and areas of tension. This allows the nervous system to gradually recognise and release patterns of bracing or protection that may have developed over time.
In many women, these patterns are often organised around the pelvis and lower core, where stress responses, relational adaptation, and emotional experiences can become physically held. Somatic work provides a structured and consent-led way to approach these areas, supporting regulation, integration, and renewed connection with the body.
This is a private, appointment-based practice offering two distinct services: counselling and somatic bodywork, each with its own scope, structure, and consent process.
A private, carefully contained practice for women seeking a refined, body-based approach to regulation and release.
